IDGSearch, please help, starting to anger me

I've looked at a few threads on IDGSearch problems and I'm trying to fix it. Would someone experienced look at my Hijackthis! log:

This is from after I removed the idgsearch stuff I knew was related to it, also removed xxxtoolbar.

also, I found the fake notepad.exe and replaced it, but I'm not sure what put it there.

When I looked at your log before, I didn't look past the BHO's..... now I do I see several more problems that need fixing.

Also fix these :-

show you have the peper.a trojan.....this is not easy to get rid of.....but if you follow these instructions, you will be OK.
