identifying voicemail TN

the below TN is programmed in one of my switches:

when I try to make a call on this TN in LD 36 I get TRK008 (trunk is not defined). The phone number for voice mail is (npa) nxx-1292. When I dial (npa) nxx-1292 and trace TN
2-0 I get the below:

check vacant number intercept treatment in cust data rdr. you post is unclear, why do you have trunks programed as vm?

I'm not surprised I'm unclear because I'm not even sure how to explain myself. We have a POTS line that, according to my predecessor's notes, was programmed on TN 2-0, but when I tried to check the # in LD 36 I got a message saying the trunk is unequipped. How else would this POTS line be programmed, by the way?

prt tn 2 0, looks like it is auto term to 7000, which is your default acd for mail in an 11

okay, but I'm unclear what that means as far as how I am calling in on an unequipped trunk...is the answer staring right at me and I'm just not seeing it?

2 0 is an equipt. trunk it is a member of a trunk group which means it has software built against it. where did you see something that said it is unequipped?

trk008. actually it says UNDEFINED, not UNEQUIPPED. Is there a difference? i can't remember if I tried printing the TN...but I can do that if need be.

but if this COT is my voicemail phone number how come I can't call out on it in LD 36?

it is not a voice mait number, it is sent to your vm acd on incoming ring. if you post the tn it will be clear, you can call out on it because the route data block icog = iao, in and out. somewhere it is sent to vm in bound and there are 15 diff ways to do that.

any incomming call will go to 3699 (atdn), if you can't call out after dialing the acod then check your tgar and the trunk targ. if they match (and they do by default) that would block you outgoing. the co can have a out going block, but with that a pots you can put a test set on it and call out more then likely. if you prt 3699, it may redirect to another dn.

I can't call the ACOD. It's a remote location.
