Ideas Please Now they want something different

Ok here are the 3 sets involved. To refresh what I need to do.

If a call comes in on an 800#
Menu Item 3 sends it to 8513 (This Part Works Fine)

If 8513 is on a call then it should go to 8553
if 8553 is also on a call it should go to 8510
if 8510 is on a call it should go to 8289(Mermail)

I initiated the suggestions from previous post but now the powers that be want 8553 (19 10) to be in ACD group 8555.

Is it possible to do this? If so what do I need to do.

take the mcr keys off, build a new acd group, add agn to the class of service and an acd key, for in calls nrd msb, point the 800 to the acd dn. or make them match. you'll need a ran of some type to tell them the agenst are busy at the very least. do you have a acd group or acd phone to look at? if not i'll post one

Add 8353 to the ACD 8555 by making it a part of that ACD group. Key 0 ACD 8555 x xxxx.

Change the menu point to another number and make that number an MCR and make it ring on all phones. You can have the number be MARPed to the last number for cfna purposes, but it will be ringing on all three sets as opposed to having to go through the cfna or hunt parameters.
