Here is a description on what is on the server:
SCO Unixware 7.1.1
IBM Netfinity 5600 server
-5 SCSI HD (2 Mirrored, 3 Striped)
-2 Backplanes
-1 Raid Adapter
Intel Pentium 500 MHz
1 GB RAM

The server is not reporting any power problems, hardware problems, or software problems. All drives are online, osmlog/osmlog.old or syslog is not showing anything abnormal in there entries and fsck.log shows that the file system is fine for today and the last 17 days. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Is the server doing an actual shutdown or just restarting? Something to check may be if the server has hardware monitoring (e.g temperature) enabled, this can cause a system shutdown if the processor exceeds a certain temperature (or whatever is being monitored exceeds some threshold).
