Ideas about CCC

Hi everybody;

I am new at CCC.So I need some advices.One of my customer needs call center.So will it be work without any problems?Because as I read forums a lot of people have some problems especially about reports.Please inform me as soon as possible.

If you set it up correctly it will work as it is supposed to

Make sure your supplier of choice gives you some of their customers for you to contact.

As janni said its all about setting up correctly.

I wish they would bring back the hammer rather than the finger icon in the force agebt state feature in CCV. It was good for a laugh.
