IdealStor Disk-Based Backup

has anyone had any experience of the IdealStor appliance?
Looking at possibly implementing this soon, and was looking for some unbiased opinions.

Matt,

We're using one of their products. We have had a 4 Bay for a few years. What sort of questions do you have?

It is working pretty good. We recently bought some of the 750GB disks which was cool because we originally only had 400GB disks available. I use it with Veritas but have considered using their software too.
