I have a BCM 400. I was wondering what the ideal setup for a outgoing-only sales center would be. I am currently using RSI telecost Shadow CMS for call accounting. I use BCM Monitor to see real time dialing, but is there a way to make it so certian extensions can't recieve incoming calls? Is there a way to make them log into their phone so if someone changes cubicles I don't have to change everything manually? Is there a way to see when they first log in to phone, and when they log out? Lots of questions.. but I'm not a BCM expert - I do computers. I took over this setup from the previous admin.
