Idead Outgoing-Only setup

I have a BCM 400. I was wondering what the ideal setup for a outgoing-only sales center would be. I am currently using RSI telecost Shadow CMS for call accounting. I use BCM Monitor to see real time dialing, but is there a way to make it so certian extensions can't recieve incoming calls? Is there a way to make them log into their phone so if someone changes cubicles I don't have to change everything manually? Is there a way to see when they first log in to phone, and when they log out? Lots of questions.. but I'm not a BCM expert - I do computers. I took over this setup from the previous admin.
 
The only thing you could on the phones to prevent incoming calls is DO NOT DISTURB. But if your user turns it off, then you're hosed. Any valid DN can be dialed if the caller knows that DN. The only other way would be to have all inbound calls live answered by a person who will not transfer the caller to a DN or DN's.
 
Yeah... I don't think anyone could figure out how to turn DND off... i dunno.

none of the other things are possible?
 
Logging into a phone for set parameters is a PBX functionality (called virtual office) not a key system functionality.
 
thats fine. i can buy stuff if that is needed, but finding info on this stuff is like finding a needle in a haystack
 
IP phones has hotdesk option that can save you time to reconfig the phone setting

Agent login/out can be reported if you purchase ACD/CC report package

There is no way that you can 100% block calls to DN , you can diable direct DN dialing from Greeting Table if you are using AA
