idc/sdid option 11

hi please could someone let me know why when i have created a new idc group does the ddi/did not hit the extension but goes through to reception ? could anyone please advise if there is somewhere else i can look except ld 49

Do you have IDC = yes on the incoming route and is your IDC tree number correct for DCNO and NDNO? You can print the route in LD 21.

on rout 100 as you can see is a different number which does not have a idc table but has ddi going to ext, rout 110 on a different number i have created idc 1 converting the dgt's

so should i chg rout 110 to say idc=yes
 
IDC on the route should be set to yes on the incoming trunk route and then DCNO and NDNO need to be set to the IDC table you created like 1norteltech said on the first post.
