Situation: Site A has CallPilot centralized for 4 sites. Customer ordered numbers from Verizon which conflict with an already existing DN Range. I must get VM for the new customers without repurchasing DN's. Circuits feeding remote site are CBCT. I have enabled IDCA in load 15. I have created idc table 1 in load 49. Yet when I go into load 16 to modify route to IDC yes, I am not prompted for IDC. Any thoughts from the group?

Conflicting DN's are located at Site B. Sorry should have been in original Thread.9300's at A 9300's at B.

In ld 15 IDCA=yes then DCMX=2 or this is the max number of IDC tables.
When you answer yes at IDC in rdb, what do you see next?
The next prompt should be dcno, which is where you put the table #.
Print your IDC make sure it is there.

I do not get a prompt for IDC. That is the problem. Is there a gate opener?

Ok, here is what I have found as of this morning. I relooked at the routes. The Verizon CBCT are route 2, which there was no IDC available in LD 16. However there is route 3 which is a DID route for the Verizon CBCT. I was able to change the route IDC to yes. Deleted the old IDC table and built a new one with DCNO of 3. New number, 500 set built with IDC number CFW4 to VM and the following error occurs.

Ok well we figured it out. It is relational. IDC apparently works with DID routes. CBCT did not have IDC prompt because there was a DID route associated to the CBCT. Once we changed the IDC to yes in the route and set the DCNO to 3 and NCNO to 3. Everything works. Never the less. Thanks so much. Hope this will help someone in the future.

Ok with a cbct route I believe you have a master route an incoming route and an outgoing route. I belive the only one that will give you the IDC prompt is the incoming route which is why you did not see it on route 2 which is probably your outgoing or master route.
Sorry I wasnt thinking about it being cbct...but I guess you figured it out anyway.
