ID partially dispalyed on second extension

Hi,
while using the first Dn on Key 0, the user is unable to see the total digits of the second incoming call on key 1, he can only see the last five digits from 10
Any suggestion *** thx

this option is working for a user connected to another PBX, tried to give the same option to this user CLS: TDD, before it was ADD

It's only a 16 digit display. Have you went to test it?

Yes I tested it, it's just displaying the last five digit for the second incoming call. it's OK for the first one.

A 2616 has a 24 character display width. The differences between your two systems are probably going to be found in LD95

Also, for display to function the way Nortel intended, you should have CLS CNDA DNDD

DNDA is for people who must know "Who was being called" vs. what you want to know: "Who is calling me"
