ICS Remote Tools 10 Documentation

Does anyone know where I can get online documentation on how to operate the ICS Remote Tools? This is my first Norstar implementation and am trying to figure out how to use the tools.

If you download the 10.0 ISO file it includes documentation.

I was trying to get the RAD device to work with the remote tools. I would make the connection to the device but then the software wouldn't allow me to use the feature button to put in the passcodes. I ended up rebooting the device and then it worked, I guess if all else fails...

I hadn't used the remote tools before so I want' sure how it should work and the person that put the device in, didn't leave any documentation.

If you are at the PC that the tools where installed on there should be some PDF files, the one called openDocs.pdf should point you to the "quick start Guide" & " the "Remote tools user Guide" which is where the Bulk of the info is.
