ICS 4.0 phone problem, need help!!

Have a phone the when you call from outside you get one ring and then it goes straight to voicemail, but when you call for inside it rings at desk. Any help.

the outside line must have been programmed to be answered by the voicemail

nope works fine on the other phones in that office...

assuming DIDs - each phone will have its own outside line #
that could be the problem

Yes, sorry..

It is with an ext. from with-in the office you dial 211 it rings to the desk, from outside you dial the office number and then dial 211 it rings once and then goes to voicemail. Thanks for all help.

who's voicemail are you getting?
What happens if you remove ringing for that line from that phone and call in?
