We have a customer with an ICS 0x32 & MICS 6.1 software that has been installed for about 1 year with no issues. We recentlly added some additional phone sets and are now having an issue with inbound callers hearing music on hold. We have checked all programming and connections and if we do F86 or call out from the Norstar and place a call on hold, everything is fine. The moment someone calls in and is placed on hold, there is no music. Any input or words of wisdom?
