ICS 0x32 w/ MICS 6.1 - Musis on hold problem

We have a customer with an ICS 0x32 & MICS 6.1 software that has been installed for about 1 year with no issues. We recentlly added some additional phone sets and are now having an issue with inbound callers hearing music on hold. We have checked all programming and connections and if we do F86 or call out from the Norstar and place a call on hold, everything is fine. The moment someone calls in and is placed on hold, there is no music. Any input or words of wisdom?
 
there is a maint release for 6.1 but not sure if its known issue...what did nortel say

Just curious about the problem starting after adding additional telephones or was there a problem before and was just noticed now since the install of the new telephones? What model telephones did they have before (the 1 year old phones) vs. the ones that you just added? What all is installed on this system (Example: 0x16, 12x0, LS/DS or DTI?)just for the record?

Nortel of course pushed the 6.1MR but gave no case for my issue as a fix. Also, I have now seen the same problem, although temporarily and it fixed itself, on 6.1MR.

The problem occured after I installed 7-8 phones of the same style as they currentlly have. It only has 2-3 station mod's, a fiber NAM and a couple ATA's.
 
does unistalling/ removing those new 7/8 phones solve the problem?
