Icon woes

Why does VB6 barf ('invalid picture') when I try to set a Form's Icon property using an .ico file created with Adobe Creative Suite (latest version)???

Here are the specs on the .ico file:
Size: 3.41 KB
Width: 32 pixels
Height: 26 pixels
Horizontal Resolution: 96 dpi
Vertical Resolution: 96 dpi
Bit Depth: 32
Frame Count: 1

Width, height, resolution problem. Try making it 24 bits.
It will accept the following sizes
16*16
24*24
32*32
48*48
64*64
72*72
96*96
128*128
