ICM V5 with Aspect(Concerto) Dialler - Anyone done it?

We currently run V5 of Cisco ICM with an Aspect ACD using a CTI server to feed the PG's.

We are looking to install a Concerto dialler with a blended functionality.

Has anyone done this before? Happy to install and configure the kit as required but want to know whether there are any pitfalls or whether specific ICM adapters\considerations need to applied.

I did this with the App GW integration to inform Concerto how many agents to move to in or outbound via a 3rd party call control message brokered byConcerto via the PG. It was a straightforward implimentation and a pretty easy script to write.
