We have High Available CMS connected to Duplex ICM PG's. The problem we have is that the PG looses connectivity to the CMS and stops all call routing. When the PG tries to connect to the backup CMS server , PG's dont receive any data... PG's are connected to the MAPD on The Avaya S8710.
Anyone expeirenced similer issues.. NEED HELP..

Thanks

In this case it should be the CMS servers trying to initialize the connect to the PGs. I'm assuming the RTA feed on the HA CMS is set up like the primary.

Was the CMS IP/hostname specified on the PGs during the initial setup? If you have a primary and HA configuration you need to leave that field blank in the PIM setup so that it will allow connections from any IP address.

You might also want to check the log file on the CMS to see why it isn't connecting. It should be viewable through the ICM menu on your main CMS screen. If not, I believe it is located in /export/home/pserv/rta_geo/Log

It's also worth chcking that the PG's have the host name configured in upper case. This is a known problem for the Aspect ACD and could well affect other switches..
