We recently installed a new duplicated PG that is connecting to an Avaya AES server. We were having trouble getting our PGs to talk with it, so we disabled PGB and turned off the CMS feature in order to troubleshoot just the AES link. We are receiving the following error:

Unable to communicate with Definity ECS switch for current Definity ECS time.

Now, last night after everyone left the link mysteriously came up on PGA. But this morning after getting everything working on PGA (including the CMS link), we stopped all its services and we are receiving this same error on PGB.

I apologize if this is missing some info you need, I'm fairly new to ICM and very new with AES servers. I'm looking for any ideas on where to look for the problem. For now I'll just keep poking around, but I hate it when things just magically start working.

Hi everyone

I'm using ICM 7 with and i'd like to kknow if it's possible to schedule a report on webview and also export this report data to another server.

many thanks for your answer

You can schedule reports in webview and export them in various formats, you'll need to support activex. If you are doing it on a regular basis I find it is far better to write a SQL DTS package and schedule that to run on the HDS.
