ICCMSDK Installation not working.

Hi all,

I'm trying to install the sdk ICCMSDK, but all I get is this error message HDX List File missing. Setup Aborted.. Any idea of what it means? Note that the Symposium Call Center Client is not installed on the computer.

On a side note, does anybody know where I can get the Host Data Exchange API Programmer's Guide?

I've never ran across that error. The client doesn't need to be install to install the sdk. For the Host Data Exchange API Programmer's Guide, I can email it to you.

About my installation problem, I should add that the error message appears early during the process (at about 1/4 of it) and that it stops the installation. As a result, nothing gets installed.

lbertacchini were you able to work arround this issue? If so could you give me a heads up on a fix. We have run into this issue too and have run out of ideas.
