ICB Internet Explorer 7

Hi everybody:

In a site CS1K Rls 5 there's a ICB card that is working using Internet Explorer 6 in the PC's, the problem is that the customer is using some PC with IE7 and this card doesn't work.

How can I lead with this issue? How can I make it work with IE7?

Is there an upgrade?

Are you sure it is an IE7 issue. Some of our User PC's recieved the update of Microsoft.NET Framework (3.0) which caused them to be unable to access ICB.

So, with IE7 there's no problem? does the ICB card work with this version?

I had the same issue after a few PC's were upgraded to Microsoft.NET Framework (3.0 & 3.5) Installing the latest ICB4 firmware cured the problem.
