ICB admnistration for

Hi, it is ICB release 4. I have forgot Administrator password (default password also not working). When i connect serial cable and try to login it shows wrong passwords. I was reading NTP and it shows a procedure to default the admin password but i dont know ICB card ID, where could may i find ICB Card ID?? or somebody knows the procedure of resetting admin password?

Could somebody help??? how can i reset ICB admin password?? or where can i find ICB Card ID???
I tried checking capture data after ICB reboot but it does not show Card ID..

This is defined under procedures in Procedure 55 of the ICB NTP NN43001-558_02.02_ICBSI_FND.pdf

Try that out, see if it works for you.
