I have been reading about this icare program that allows mw direct contact with avaya tier III without going through my vendor. does anyone know where i can sign up for this?

In the US your company has to be SMB Expert designated to get ICare.

ICare is to allow Avaya Business Partners to bypass Distributor Tech Support. It is a good system for the most part.

Last I heard you have to have one IPO ACS and one sales SMB ACA. But the bar for qualification has risen over the years so I really don't know where it is now.
