ica file not found 2

I have two remote users with XP Home edition, service pack2 that used to be able to connect to my Citrix site. After receiving and logging into the site, when they try to open an application, they receive the ica client not found error. This started happening about three weeks ago and I suspect it has to do with the downloading of service pack two. We have 2000 pro servers with service pack 3. The Citrix platform is Metraframe XPa server version 1.0.

Any suggestions?

Have the users delete their temporary internet files on their local desktops.

What they need to do is lower the size of the Temporary Internet Folder. The default is 10% of your drive, when you have say an 80GIG drive thats up to 8gigs worth of temp files to look through to find the file. Even if the file is there the request will time out before its found. We set al of our mashines to no more than 10Megs of space.
