I'm running Access Essentials (Presentation Server 4.0) on a Win2003 Ent.Ed. server. I have a proprietary dbase which uses Crystal Reports for printing forms and was written with Visual Studio (.NET). When I first install the client side interface on the server and run it through an ica seamless connection, printing goes fine. At some point a problem occurs and the next attempt to view or print one of the crystal forms fails, and the client side program dumps. From that point forward, no one can print until I reinstall the client side of the database program. I can print with Word and other programs even after the proprietary software stops printing and continues to fail. I suspect it is crystal reports, not citrix, that is causing the issue but I have checked the settings for printer autocreation and all seem to work ok. Any help would be very much appreciated.
