ICA Client connection Error

I am a new user of Citrix. I installed the latest version of the ICA client by downloading from Citrix's site. With Client I was able to connect to the server only once. AFter this every time I try to connect I get the following error "Network or Dialup errors are preventing conenction with the Citrix server ...". I am unable to understand why this is happening. If I install client on a fresh PC it works teh first time and then I keep getting teh above error message.

Check the status of your Terminal Server licensing, is this is not working properly then the Citrix box will drop the connection. We were just experiencing this issue and noticed that he problem was solved after starting the Terminal Server Licenesing Service on our Terminal Server License Server.

I was able to solve the problem by deleting the MSLicense Licence000, licence001 setting from the registry.
But I have to do this after before running the client elase I get the same "Network connection ...." message.
Can any one help me with this problem?

Make sure your Terminal Server has valid licenses and is handing out valid licenses. Have you registered your Terminal Server with Microsoft and purchased licenses with them?
