ICA Citrix error in connection

Hello to all!
I have problem with citrix connection. I am using Citrix Program Neighborhood Ver. 6.00.910 and same veri using by my two other collages in same office and on same kind of PC Compaq Armada M700 and OP system is Windows XP Pro with SP2. They are connecting with the server of our one customer without problem but i have error message that
"Error in connection. The Citrix server is not available, please try again later."
I reinstalled my PC but still have same problem and also reinstall Citrix program but it is not helping. In event log there is not any kind of error message. I need your kind help for solve this problem. I did not connect with server even for one time.

I am connecting with server via Remort Desktop connection without any problem.

Sounds like your server adresses are wrong, check any TCP/IP settings you have.

Thanks for reply. TCP/IP settings are same as my two other collages have on the PCs and working well. On DOS level it is working well and on the Remort Desktop connection is working well. I talked with on expert for citrix and he said to me you must reinstall windows XP so i did but it was not helpfull. It is very important to use Citrix so please give me me more tips may be i did not think about that point.

Network connectivity issues from Citrix standpoint...check services are running..IMA service, XML service ICA network service or something like this also needs to be checked..ensure Citrix MF server DNS is resolvable and pingable....Check the event logs on the Citrix Server for any unusual activity Term services, logon failure, ICA related issues ....Post us your findings...

Sometimes, you just have to forget your head and grab your balls ...!
