Ibrowser.exe stopping Intermittantly

We have 2 Win2k sp2/Metaframe 1.8a sp3 servers with load balancing installed
running various apps like office and some Database clients in a 90 user
environment

A few times a day the IBrowser service stops responding with a similar
message to "Ibrowser.exe Memory could not be read at 0xC...... etc"

There is also an event viewer message to say the service has stopped, but we
try and restart it and the server hangs

We do suspect we could be underpowered in terms of server performance,(both
servers are dual PIII 800 with 2gb mem) but perfmon doesnt come up with
anything wild so far

Can anyone recommend anything

Citrix has a fix for this problem, but it looks like it only applies to 1.8 SP3. The article number is CTX510890. Might give you some direction.
