IBOTS not disabling

I have multiple users who subscribe to specific reports that are delivered to their dashboard via an iBot. Some of these users have selected not to receive reports anymore (unsubscribe), but the iBot is still trying to perform the delivery.

The error logs show no recipient, which in turn hangs the server. I would appreciate any insight on this issue.

I believe if other users are subscribed to this users ibot, this could be the cause.

U need to remove their mailing address from the report, which u have specified before while creating an Ibot
