IBM WTX EXTRACT function

Hi, Currently we are using WTX8.4.1.0, have a simple map which has two input cards and two output cards one for extract and map and another to put file.
Using extract function using input 1 and input 2 one fiekd inside the functional map. It is taking around 30mins
Input 1 has 10k records and input 2 has 15k.
Any suggestions on optimizing this.
