IBM netfinity 5100, VRM + CR4 LED is on

I have a IBM netfinity 5100. Today the server crashed frequenty every hour with VRM + CR4 LED on. Do you know what wrong with the machine? The guide only said, if the CR4 LED is on, the server needs to be serviced. Any idea?

The system board is bad. Also has a chance that the cpu, and the vrm is bad, If you are lucky it just took out the VRM.

I have the same problem. I do not have a VRM installed. I gues it is hard wired into the system board. I have removed and reinstalled the power supplies. I can get the server running for a day or two. Then it crashes again. Should I replace the system board or the power supplies ans/or backplane.

system board, and yes primary vrm is soldered on ythe board and is what failed.
