IBM HS21 Blade installation under Linux

Hi,
I am looking for the procedure and tools to install Linux redhat AS4 in an IBM HS21 Blade server.
In addition I faced some problem when installing the HS21 Blade 1) the external ports of the Cisco swith of the blade bay are not available 2) The external ports of the Brocade FC swith come back to their original setting after reboot. THanks for help
