IBM 306m Cots Signaling Server r5.0 software iso file needed

IBM COTS rls 5.0 server won't boot.
I need to re-install the OS but cust has lost the CD.

Anyone have a link to the whereabouts of the Rls 5.0 COTS Signalling Sever ISO file?

I have access to, and have scoured the Avaya site. Found Rls 5.0 ISP1100 ISO's but nothing for the COTS.
Have found ISO's for rls 6 & 7 COT's, but again...nothing for 5.0

If I remember correctly, the software for ISP1100 and COTS same!

ISP1100 is a standard Pentium 3 700 Mhz, ie x86 architecture, as well as COTS.
