IA770 Intuity 4.0 s8300 , Transfer out of Audix failing

Hi,

Extension 250 is configured with cover extension 270 , after the caller gets the greeting to dial 0 to speak to my collegue

it says its trying the extension even plays the name greeting and then says extension invalid.

I have tried *8 and with O option and with other extensions with valid mail box still get extension invalid.The Audix and the S8300 are patched
