IA770 can not access with a non super user CM4

We have an S8300/G700 installed with CM 4 and IA770. I can go into the web administration with the super user login and go to messaging administration and login and make changes fine with the suser/prof18. I tried to make a new suser with profile50 copied from profile 18 and the mask copied from profile 18 and i can go into the web sat administration and the web page interface, however when I click on messaging administration a page comes up with no options available to click on. and logging into vm via the shell onnly kicks me back out when I enter this users name/pass. any ideas?

use the logins "sa" and "vm", if they have not been setup yet, the default passwords look like this:

sa / sapasswd

vm / vmpasswd

once you initially login with those login/passwords, you will be required to pick a new password.

for the other logins, you would have to go into the profile on the maint. web page, and allow "messaging administration", you might just want to use the sa and vm logins...
