IA LA outcalling

Hi,
Do anyone know how to configure outcalling feature for IA LX???
I have set the system paratmere outcalling to yes and at the su page 2 to outcalling .
What else do I miss out???

The pbx analog ports connected to the Lx must be configured to be able to access the outside. There are toll fraud dangers with this, so the ports must be configured to minimize this.

As part of my troubleshooting i have plug in an analog phone and make an outgoing call

will it outcall to a station on the pbx?
What kind of pbx is it connected to?
Did u put a "9" in to access an outside line, or what ever is done to reach a outside line in the pbx?
Did u clear the mailbox out of new messages?

It is a S8700 pbx with G650. I did put a 9. Avaya actually ask me to do a tone train any idea what is that?

Check the FRL on the route pattern and make sure the COR of the analog ports has an FRL equal to, or greater than that FRL.
