IA 770Intuity Audix with S8300

Hallo.
We have problem with IA770 with S8300 (ACM version 3.1)
If I try run Intuity (option: Global Administration -Messaging Administration) I see message: Audix not started.
I did on Utilities option (Stop/Start Messaging Software)
 
In the Maintenance page check process summary
sounds like the Audix in not on-line

I have status:
Messaging 0/ 1 DOWN.
No Audix was never working.

I just had the same thing. Had to contact Tier III, who in turn contacted Tier IV. Had to load some non-standard patches.
 
There are BIG time bugs in IA770 running on CM 3.1.2

There are two non-public patches which I was able to get my hands on. 1 Audix patch and 1 cornerstone. Neither are available on support.avaya.com
 
I have version ACM 3.1.1. is this same procedure?
 
i am in the middle of this proecure with 3.1.1 T III will install the patch upcoming week
 
Now that the patches are on mine, it's back to working flawlessly.
 
See my thread (thread690-1248534)on the same issue I have done several with CM3.0.1 without issue but was banging my head with CM3.1.2 >

There are alot differences between CM3.0 and CM3.1 setups >

sjforcum is right on line as I have heard about the 2 patches they just haven't hit the avava.com site just yet >

Went all the way to Avaya Tier 4 they fixed the database problems as they said progarmming looked good .....

Once it came up everything has worked fine without issues
many thanks to Avaya tier 4 for keeping me sane :)
