Hallo.
We have problem with IA770 with S8300 (ACM version 3.1)
If I try run Intuity (option: Global Administration -Messaging Administration) I see message: Audix not started.
I did on Utilities option (Stop/Start Messaging Software)
In the Maintenance page check process summary
sounds like the Audix in not on-line
