I777 just ring no longer enters Voice Mail programing

I am making headway with the system (Partner mail VS V5) and after some programing when I hit Intercom 777 it now rings and does not enter programing.

I would like to return to factory defaults, which I know how to do if Intercom 777 worked...

OK, I figured it out, and set the unit back to factory defaults.
