I5010 xstim Voice Call Muting

I have a UCX250 with latest software and I5010s with latest firmware. I have a voicecall button programmed on all phones but on some phones when I press the voicecall button and dial the extension the extension that is receiving the call automatically mutes(red mute button lites up) the call. How do I disable this auto muting on a intercom voicecall?
 
Correctly, all phones should be muted when they receive a voice call. This default configuration is a security measure that should disallow the use of voice call for eavesdropping. You can disable this behavior on the Nortel Settings page - the option is in the section "Advanced General Settings" - its name is "Phone State After Auto-answer".
