Hey all, I have a 3.4 2050 softphone loadded onto a Dell Laptop with Windows 7 and you can hear fine on it but it clips constantly and bandwith is not a problem .I removed it and reloadded it with the same problem,also changed headset's.We have other people with the same config and they are working with no problem's.This is the highest Rls we can go to until we upgrade.Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!!

make sure your NIC drivers are at the latest, stop any background programs, don't open/launch any programs except the softphone. then make test calls, if all is good, open one program at a time (that you use while softphone is loaded) and test again, and see if it's one of the background programs or an app you are using concurrently with the sofphone that might be delaying the playback.
also, verify if you are loading any unnecessary services for the LAN connection in windows, and enable (or disable) 802.1p QOS on the NIC cards property setting (if it has one) for the driver.
