i2050 loosing sound devices

Hi.

Does anyone out there have a clue or experienced that the softphone suddenly can't make the usb headset as the sound device on the computer. I have a lot of different pc fabricates with this problem, so I don't think it's hardware related. I use 2.0.253 software shipped from Nortel. I've upgraded 1 client to 2.0.255 but the problem persists.

Did you find a solution to your problem? I also have a user who is experiencing no sound from the USB headset. I also upgraded the software to the latest version, no help. I checked all configs, everything is configured correctly.
Any ideas??

I have found that the volume is at the low end sometimes and I have to raise it, this happens quite often and I don't know why.
