i2050 IP Phone

I am using the i2050 phone in a call center environment with activity codes. My question is what would cause the activity button to stop working? When the agent hits the not ready button the activity button should flash so the agent can enter in the activity code needed. In this case the activity button is not working. I have outed the phone and rebuilt it. Any ideas?

Is the activity button working for other agents? Are other agents using the soft-phone client as well?
 
Is there anything in the Agent profile that is different from other Agent profiles?
 
None, this profile mirrors all the other agents in the group.

Back in the old days we were cautioned to never CHG an agent phone in order to avoid software corruption.

Can you out the phone and rebuild it on a different TN?
