I have multiple i2050 phones installed on a BCM450 rls 6.0.

I can have user 1 successfully using the set, with the proper DN. When user 2 starts their i2050, it takes user 1's DN, and User 1 gets server unreachable. Seems like the 1st set to be up gets the DN, and the 2nd set always steals it.

I have current patches, Auto Assign DNs Off, Keep DN Alive, PCs are setup for DHCP. I have tried to de-register the sets multiple times, including a reinstall of the softphone.

I have 5 other phones that work great, with no problem.

If you have auto-registration turned off, the only way the soft phone will get a DN is if the user enters it when prompted. If they're getting someone elses DN it's because that's what they're entering.

Have you tried to use the i2050 config tool and where it show's the hardware id (MAC address looking thing) click the "auto generate" button a few times to give it a new ID?

Feature ** RLS: The feature code to fix annoying phone calls :)
