After upgrading our CS1000M from 4.5 to 5.5, I have seen some feature changes on the i2050 softphone. The transfer key and the conference key swap places when transferring a call. My question is, was this supposed to happen? I do know that you can’t change the position of the keys, just want to know why the keys 17 and 18 swap during call transfers.
