I have an i2033 that won't boot. I think I unplugged the network jack while it was downloading firmware. Is there any way to resurrect this phone?

I know the jack is live - I hooked up an i2002 and it works.

Is the I2033 phone line or mains powered?. If it's mains powered, can you try it without plugging in the ethernet cable to see what happens on the display?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Thank you; I hooked up the external power; it can run either way --- I do get messages now. First it says:
LOADING: Initializing bootram then
LOADING: Loading boot parameters

and there it sits ---

Now I'm back to the original problem -- we had 2 i2033s do this today upon reboot.

I had I2033's do this to me. It was because I was trying to upgrade the firmware from S10 to S73. You have to upgrade from S10 to S18 first.
