I2004 to 1140 conversion on cskm 4.5

My copany has decided to switch the executive sets to i1140 sets.
I have already updated my firmware in csk1000m 4.5
I am having problems getting the 1140 sets configured.
When we connect the phone and push buttons 1234 from left to right at the nortel prompt we get a box with 6 stars.
Can anyone instruct me on what information is needed in this box.

The password..but WE CAN'T MENTION THAT HERE OR PLANKTON WILL GET THE CRABBY PATTIE RECIPE. lOOK IN THE DOC THAT CAME WITH THE SETS, OR IN THE ntpS, OR GOOGLE.......
