i2004 phones not logging calls

My i2004 phones have always logged calls and to retrieve these calls we could press the directory key. All of a sudden they aren't logging any calls. I have seen tips to make sure call logging is turned on, but I can't find that option, on these sets. They are f/w version 0604DAX, but that can't be the issue as logging worked before.

Reboot your SigServ - call logging on IP set is a function of the SigServ, from time to time this function stop working - rebooting the SigServ will fix the problem
 
FWIW, the last version of firmware for the 2001/2002/2004 was 060xDCO.
 
I rebooted the sig server and that didn't fix the problem of phones not logging
calls. Any thing else I should try?

I have rebooted the ss and some phones still dont log phones.

I did an inventory of sets on the ss, I don't know if you can tell by this
if they are registered or not?? Help, please.

Are you 100% positive that call logging is turned on, on the sets that's not working. If all sets are not working and logging is enabled, then it's a SS issue. If some set are working and some are not, look at the phones that aren't working.
 
I cannot find that option on any of these sets. I hit the services button and have
telephone options; password Admin and Virtual office Login and don't have the logging option everyone is talking about.

THESE PHONES QUIT LOGGING WHEN I ADDED KEM IF THAT'S A HINT?

 

I REBOOTED MY PHONE AND THE DIRCTORY STARTED WORKING, WENT AROUND AND REBOOTED ALL
THE OTHER PHONES AND WE'RE GOLDEN! I THOUGHT I HAD TRIED THAT AFTER REBOOTING THE
SS BUT MUST NOT HAVE. THE PHONES I DIDN'T ADD A KEM TO, ALWAYS WORKED, GO FIGURE!
STILL DON'T SEE THE OPTION OF TURNING LOGGING ON THOUGH.
