I2004 Phone Wont Display inbound number

I have an i2004 phone setup as as a call center phone. The phone also has a direct ext. The phone does not display the inbound number until after the call is answred. cnda is part of the cls. I don't have this problem with my 3904's that are a part of the my call center. I also don't have this probelm on the i2004 phones that are not part of a call center setup. Can anyone tell me what I am missing? Thanks
