i2004 keys - LCD

hi, i built an i2004 set and plugged it in. phone came up, but keys 0 thru 5 are not visible. i can call the set and it rings. i can also call from the set to another set, but i can't see the prime DN or any other key. i pressed the shift key thinking this might help, no dice. i have the set built out of Texas even though i'm in PA. i thought it might be the LCD, so i reset the phone and gave it a PA extension and the whole screen came up fine.
but when i changed it back to the Texas number, i have the same problem. has anyone ever seen something like this? last thing, i can press key 0 and i get dial tone. if i press key 1, i get nothing. very strange..........

Can you print the TNB

yes, i can print the TN. i think it might be the key mappings or the firmware out of that sig server causing this issue.

takes forever, 10 minutes but no display is a common problem when the firmware does not match the switch load..

fwvu x x x x

reads and displays the firmware load, might compare it to one that works but i have found out that it can match and still need to be reloaded

good try john, but this is an IP set, not a 3900 phone.
