Hi all,

I receive complaints from customers regarding the bad quality of the sound while they are using the handsfree. Is there any way to improve this ?

What do they mean by bad quality?




This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

the person on the other side does not hear very well.
The end user need to be very close of the speaker for a good quality.

Please make sure that you change the PAD values for PAD 15 to increase the TX and RX values.

You should check the values that correspond to your country. See Transmission Parameters. What types of trunks do you have installed? Pri, DTI,COT..?

The quality is also depending on the firmware version.
download the latest from the Nortel site. I think 0604DAS is the latetst.
